Modified Retained Search (MRS)
Developed as a comprehensive search and evaluation process for
mid-level to senior-level leadership and specialist positions, MRS
offers clients a performance-based alternative to the expense of
a traditional retained search engagement. Read about our Search
Our consultants provide support to senior managers and human resources
professionals on a customized project basis. We serve as a “hands
on” resource to augment internal staff based on a clearly
defined scope of work. Our role may include review and further development
of an existing search initiative, candidate research and development,
facilitation of interviews, reference/credential verification, and
to assist the client through final selection, offer negotiations
and the on boarding process. Professional fees for project services
are billed at an hourly rate.
Our professional fees are determined by individual project, but
are structured to be attractive to our clients when compared to
traditional executive search firms. A partial, or “modified,”
retainer is required to initiate the search, however, the majority
of our fee is typically due upon successful completion of the project.
Management Pathways provides a minimum one-year guarantee for each
